Meddy is a personal medical records management application that allows you to securely store, organize, and manage medical information for yourself and your family members. The App provides features for categorizing medical records by body parts, medical tags, and includes photo and document attachment capabilities.
3. Data Storage and Privacy
Your medical data is stored securely in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit technology. This means:
Your data is encrypted and stored in your personal iCloud storage
Only you can access your data through your Apple ID
We cannot access, view, or retrieve your personal medical information
Your data is protected by Apple's security infrastructure
Data synchronization occurs only between your own devices
We do not collect, store, or have access to your personal medical information on our servers.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the security of your Apple ID and device
Ensuring the accuracy of medical information you enter
Complying with all applicable laws regarding medical data
Not sharing your device or Apple ID with unauthorized persons
Backing up your data through iCloud
Using the App in accordance with these Terms
5. Subscription Services
Meddy offers premium subscription services:
Monthly and yearly subscription options
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
No refunds are provided by us; contact Apple for refund requests
Subscription features may change with app updates
6. Medical Disclaimer

The App is for personal record-keeping purposes only

7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:

Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

While your data is stored in iCloud, you are responsible for:
Ensuring iCloud backup is enabled
Maintaining sufficient iCloud storage space
Understanding that data recovery depends on iCloud availability
We cannot recover data lost due to iCloud issues

11. App Updates and Changes

Discontinue features or the App itself

12. Termination
